The TMT is expected to address the highlighted problems related to the dairy value chain in South Sudan. And will have as objective the capacity building of Aliamtoch Youth Union (AYU) staff on importance of linkages to other DVC stakeholder actors.
The TMT will discuss and analyze the dairy value chain In AYU working area: the capacity of the key actors and their role, the capacity of the service providers, government policies, constraints and opportunities and to strengthening the entrepreneurial skills of women and youth who particularly play a vitlal role in feeding, milking, transporting and marketing of milk. Value addition wil! also be discussed in the TMT as it is a very important income enhancer to the farmers and the cooperative as well.

Expected resultss:
Building the capacity of AYU on DVC linkages and the role of cooperative in a competitive environment market will! position it as the preferred milk buyer from farmers and market supplier to consumers.
